Lauren is a marine scientist, well-respected photographer and cinematographer, and licensed boat captain focusing on the conservation of sharks in the Northwest Atlantic. BILL FISHER

EXECUTIVE PRODUCER / UNDERWATER PHOTOGRAPHER / SOUND DESIGNER

Bill's love of sharks grew from reading the books of Jacques Cousteau and Eugenie Clark, and later watching the movie JAWS. He was soon hooked on sharks.

While visiting Grand Cayman island, Bill swam with his very first shark. He quickly learned to scuba dive and began going on as many shark diving adventures he could. After meeting Joe Romeiro on a shark expedition in 2006, the two went on to form 333 shortly after.

Combining Bill’s production background, and Joe’s cinematography skills, they began making films about sharks and the underwater world they had been experiencing. 333 was quickly recognized with numerous awards and they began speaking at dive shows and film fests across the country.

MITCH MCGRANE

CAPTAIN / MARINE BIOLOGIST

Growing up only minutes away from the beautiful beaches of Rhode Island, Mitch’s enthusiasm for the ocean, and his desire to learn as much as possible about its inhabitants, began at an early age. One viewing of JAWS at the age of seven and he was hooked on sharks. That quest for knowledge naturally led to a SCUBA certification and the pursuit of a B.S. in Marine Biology.

Upon graduating Mitch spent a better part of the next year conducting field research with great white sharks in South Africa. After returning to New England, he worked the waters commercially and eventually fulfilled the requirements necessary for a 25GRT Captain's certification from the US Coast Guard. One night, while out jigging for squid, he spotted the WARFISH and that was all it took to rekindle that childhood passion for studying sharks. Mitch now skippers the WARFISH as an overnight captain after extensive training in 2020 and his appetite for learning has never been greater.

He attended the College of Design at Iowa State University, and graduated with a BFA in Graphic Design. Brian has spent the last decade crafting his design skills by creating award-winning branding and content for a wide variety of marketing and communications campaigns.

Since joining 333, Brian provides oversight and execution of the 333 visual brand, from motion graphics, custom illustrations, promotional designs, website development, and video editing.

When he's not busy creating at 333, Brian is an avid scuba diver and artist at heart, creating drawings and oil paintings that capture aquatic life in dramatic portraits with the goal of inspiring their conservation.
